After funding for the film failed, armed with little more than a DSLR camera, no budget and some basic filmmaking equipment, a tiny crew decided to forge ahead and tell the story of Oddrie, the girl who went missing long ago in Washington State. Hurdle after hurdle prevented the film from being finished and the crew started having their own falling outs. The project turned into three separate films, none of which saw the light of day. Years passed. But the desire to tell Oddrie’s story prevailed and the filmmakers reluctantly met again to try and put the disparate pieces together. It was strange and contentious but they did succeed in getting the story out.
